Excellent sagar view points are there from Resort. Seating places are available to relax. Kids play area is there. Greenery is maintained good. There is food available in the restaurant. This place has got excellent scenery during sunrise and sunset in particular.

The place has changed for better. Read all negative reviews and hence we were skeptical but we were in for a surprise. The rooms were clean, ac was functional, staff was very responsive. Rates of food items were on the higher side, but quantity was adequate. Lack of other options nearby is a major consideration. They can maintain the property slightly better as the building is getting old. The location overlooking the largest man-made lake is mesmerizing.

Vijay Vihar Haritha Resort is the best place to stay near Nagarjuna Sagar Dam. It has huge rooms with two big size beds sufficient enough for four members. Room has a big balcony facing reservoir. Resort has a well maintained playing area which is strong enough for adults too. We all relived our childhood days on swing. The good thing is that it has a good restaurant too attached.

One of the worst accomodation option available near to the Nagarjuna Sagar dam which is clearly not maintained by the TSTDC. Rooms, Bedding & Toilets are in pathetic condition. Restaurant service, staff behaviour and food quality is pathetic. I personally would not recommended this place to anyone for even a 1 night stay as it is not worth your hard earned money. Avoid this place at any cost if you don't want to spoil your holiday weekend mood.

What a pathetic hotel,zero maintenance & shabby room, if not for government stamp should have closed long back.. Pathetic food and no facility, everything is non functional... Just a room to stay for the sake of it

Booked a 2 night Suite online early this week after a friend's recommendation and online reviews which said that this place offers good facilities in this area. We booked it during the weekday to avoid rush. Unfortunately it had its own disadvantages which I've shared below - Positives : The campus was clean and staff was responsive. In room dining service was always on time Room was quite spacious with a sit out facing the backwaters of Nagarjuna Sagar Negatives : Though it was a suite, cupboards were in bad shape with broken handles and hinges. Water leaked from the wash basin and this kept the bathrooms floor wet Cafeteria : Food was TERRIBLE and I mean it (though I'm told this was privatized for better services!!!) Since there were very few occupants, menu was limited. Taste was bad. Chicken was not cooked properly. Looked like they served the same food in the evening as it had a stale smell. Also, it was an awful sight to see a stray dog come in and shake its' dirt off right next to you. With this dissatisfied experience topped with an emergency, we had requested the staff to cancel and refund the second day's booking. Unfortunately, they refused to cancel as we had checked in and booking was the same for both the days (which I thought was ridiculous.) Why would someone book separately for each day? Interestingly, per the cancellation rules on the website, partial cancellation is allowed. Help desk emailed saying we need to cancel before 24 hours of check-in time of second day ( we were late by an hour) and hence cannot refund. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and we checked out after a day. I trust this review would help the management improve its services as the space has amazing potential in that area.
